1, structure HDPE roller consists of two parts: a double sided seal and a wide inner ring deep groove ball bearing with spherical outer cross section and a bearing seat (cast iron seat or steel plate stamping seat). The typical structure is shown in the following picture. 2, lubrication
HDPE roller is usually not required to maintain, when the assembly into the bearings of high quality grease, can generally meet the bearing life. However, if the working conditions are bad, the bearings run at high speed or the working temperature is above 70 degrees, it is necessary to add grease to the bearings. IBHDPE roller has the lubrication structure, grease gun by injection nozzle on a bearing seat. Through the oil groove and oil hole on the outer ring of the bearing, enter the bearing internal.
3. Adjustable mind
HDPE roller can bear the initial angle error not greater than or equal to 5 degrees. However, if the grease needs to be added, its initial angle error is only equal to 2.5 degrees, otherwise the oil hole on the outer ring will be covered.
4, load capacity
The load capacity of external spherical bearing is the same as that of deep groove ball bearing, and the calculation method of its equivalent load is the same as that of deep groove ball bearing (see page fourth). The axial load capacity depends on the inner ring and the bearing strength, generally should not exceed the rated load of the 20%, when the axial load is relatively high, should increase the solid device on the axis, such as shoulder etc..
5. Installation instruction
When the HDPE roller is installed, the bearing is put on the shaft, and the bearing seat is firmly fixed on the supporting surface, and then the bearing is fastened on the shaft. The fastening method of bearing and shaft is: for the outer spherical ball bearing with fastening screws, the two fastening screws on the wide inner ring of the bearing are locked in place with the internal six angle screw wrench. For the outer spherical ball bearing with eccentric fastening sleeve, the eccentric sleeve on the inner ring of the inner ring of the eccentric condom is tightened, and the eccentric sleeve is tightened along the rotation direction of the shaft, and then the fastening screw on the eccentric sleeve is tightened by the inner six corner screw wrench.
